The Peaceful Sea

'The Peaceful Sea' debuted in 2014 as part of Intrepid Theatre's "The YOU Show" in Victoria, B.C.

 

The show is a theatrical investigation into Magellan’s circumnavigation of the globe from Angela Ferreira. It explores the evolving multiplicity of Magellan’s identities: explorer, conqueror, hero, villain and failure, focusing on imagined encounters with historical figures.
